Welcome to the Virtual Learning Management System of the Faculty of Applied Sciences

Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (RUSL), located in the historic city of Mihintale, which is situated 14 kilometres away from the east of Anuradhapura, was established on 31st of January, 1996. It envisages to highlight the city, Mihintale, which marks the inception of the Sri Lankan social development, as a most prominent centre of the present academic arena in the Sri Lankan history. Through this, it is expected to produce virtuous, intellectual and competent citizens for the needs of the 21st century.

We have taken yet another landmark step in educating the youth in Sri Lanka. The University has opened its doors via the online learning management system to facilitate B.Sc degrees in Applied Sciences and Physical Sciences to be obtained externally. The anywhere anytime concept of e-learning will enable external students to interact with the course material and the facilitators via computer centers located anywhere in the world.
